1. Don't argue with the customer if they say the cut isn't right. How many times are you going to say "that isn't what she told me?" especially since she gave you a Picture to go by.

BAD EXPERIENCE. ABSOLUTELY NOT COMING BACK.
Made an appointment and was still 20 minutes getting late to the chair. This particular stylist then took another 20 minutes to do a 5 minute haircut. I've been several times in the past without incident, but I'm thinking it's time to move on.
3. When you try to fix it don't cut it way shorter that the customer wanted to spite her.

I had an awesome experience. Lovely place. Clean and well organized. Emily my hairdresser was friendly and an excellent listener to what I wanted. I came in wanting a modified middy haircut to try vintage styles and Emily listened to what I wanted to length. She even searched on her phone to verify if she correctly understood what I wanted. Never made me feel rushed and made sure I got what I wanted. I explained that I was having problem wet setting me hair and Emily gave me tips and suggested products to use to achieve the look I wanted at home. I got my hair shampooed, cut and styled and the price was reasonable ( under $40). I will definitely come back.
2. When the customer isn't happy with the cut don't call another stylist over to explain it will be hard to cut this style with your type of hair AFTER you tried to cut it and messed it up.
