Love waiter on the way!!! Great service and wonderful for someone on disability and can't get out as easily!!! I've used them since 1998 and never had a bad experience!
We ordered food at 5 o’clock knowing it would be busy considering it was a Sunday night! It was 6:45 and no food! Called to see what happened and apparently the restaurant didn’t get our order so the driver was there at 6:15 to pick it up and the restaurant didn’t receive it! At 7:15 still no order or contact from the office. Called again and they said the driver was packing the car as we speak! If you are going to be late atleast have the professionalism and customer service to call and let the customer know! This exact same situation has happened more than once! We will never use them again!
I've used waiter on the way in Fort Wayne about a dozen times now. I would originally just order online from there webite but I ran into a few problems orsering online. I have been calling in my orders and have had amazing service. If you use this service I would recommend calling in your order, much faster and much less likely to mess up the order.
