The cookies are very good (best cookie sandwiches). Service is very spotty: sometimes friendly, sometimes disinterested, sometimes closing 10 minutes early.
Was in town visiting and went to the mall and saw the cookie place. Didn't know these were the Shark Tank people till I got in the car. One bite of the cheescake brownie and bleh.....the frosting was pure sugar and even gritty. Just nasty. The rest were ok I guess, German chocolate brownie too sweet too, the m&m cookie was hard as a rock and the snickers cookie didn't taste done. If we had these local where I'm from I wouldn't go. Need to at least have a sugar free alternative for people who want an occasional treat but don't want to gain 10 pounds doing so.
Cookies are great. The customer service is sorely lacking.
Cookies are good, but extremely expensive for the size and quantity. We paid $16.00 for 6 cookies, we won't be buying them again, they aren't worth the cost.
If they had double mint chocolate chip cookie like Cookie Cottage this would be the best cookie place in town!!!! Very good food cookies and service! F**K how grandma makes it I want this!
