Great prices on items in bulk. There is a minimum order which makes it difficult to get small amounts but I'm sure it saves us on shipping in the long run. They have worked with me in multiple situations and seem happy to help even with special order products I couldn't find elsewhere. My only complaint is that if something is not in stock you have to pay attention to your invoice and reorder it next time because they cancel it without notification or option to send it out when it is in stock again.
Small Businesses Beware!!!!! I'm a very small candy maker in Maryland. I was working with this company on custom mold for a big client I landed. This contract could help my business grow, and this company has dragged their feet on these molds. They have had my artwork for a month and a half and now they say they need more time because they need to work with other companies first. So me and my client are not important enough to get our project worked on. I've left tons of messages and emails and no one has the time to get back to me. I guess they are doing so well in this economy that they can pick and choose which client is worthy of their product. And now as a result I could loose this major contract. Thanks CK Product for hurting my business!!!
