We have booked 2 vacations now with AAA travel and our family will always work with Lisa Williams for our travel needs. Her professionalism is beyond anyone else we met with. She listened to what we wanted out of our trip and made sure every detail was covered. We are not AAA members and it has been worth it to pay the $50 booking fee both times just to have the peace of mind that we receive working with Lisa. Price point is comparable and even lower than competitors and with AAA I feel there is no risk involved. Quality for sure! - Jennifer Stevenson
My opinion of this place starts and ends with the manager. She was about as non-professional as one human being could possibly be. I don't know if she was nervous but she would laugh when my wife and I would ask a question, the laugh reminded me of the evil witch in the wizard of oz. We belong to another club in michigan and are traveling to florida for the sun and beaches with our grandkids. But with her attitude we just left abruptly and choose to purchase some maps on the road. I feel so sad for her employees. God speed
