Policy of must have having your driving license handy is ridiculous. Even credit card companies verify your account in other ways. After 16 years, maybe it's time to find a new carrier.
Typical wireless phone store. Mimimum wage employees that have very little knowlege about the devices and services they sell. My wife had her phone stolen, so I stopped in the store. I needed a replacement sim card for a backup phone I had at home, and needed to report the other phone stolen. I was told that they wouldnt give me a new sim without seeing the phone I was going to use. I told them the right size but they still refused. I drove all the way home and back, then they didnt even look at the phone. They just handed me the sim card! I later found out that the other phone was never registered as stolen! Dont waste your time. Do everything online.
Great help today! I'm new to Fort Wayne and was referred by a friend to this store. Joe and Mike were super attentive, I didn't have to wait at all for any help (hint go Sunday mornings, the store was empty!) and these two gentlemen gave such great service I'll be back when the iPhone 8 is released!
I stopped in for a Pixel XL case and they were wonderful band friendly and we even got a nice discount on the case.
Sometimes the wait may be long but employee's are very helpful and knowledgeable about every aspect of Verizon's service and devices.
