Good Service and very organized. But need to make it easier to get staff from the back of the store. Also, label the merchandise without tags and sell less (or at least label) items that are broken or missing pieces. Overall, fair prices and good service!

Used to live in Fort Wayne and would often cone here. Now I come back only a few times a year to see my Mom. So disappointed in that you can't return items. Wanted to buy sone clothes for Mom. Got up to the counter with 8 items and was told their no return policy. It's too bad. Of those Items I had a few things for myself. I ended up leaving all there. Won't be shopping here anymore when I cone back.
Alot of old clothing and some other items as well. Wouldve liked to see a lil more up to date items as far as the clothing.
A very good clothes selection, and well-maintained and organized-- and they sort them by color! (after first sorting into general type and general size, but still) An unorthodox approach, and I really like it. Means that I can very easily craft a wardrobe of nothing but autumn colors.
