If you are interested in a spa you must visit Pool Patio and Spa. I been a customer for over ten years, no problems with my spa whatsoever, but as years go by new models and features are developed which interested me and I traded my hot springs spa for a different model and they treated me great. They gave me a great deal and the service they supplied on the installation was way beyond what was expected. Also it is a comfort if there is ever a problem with the spa they will service it. The staff is outstanding. They make you always feel welcome and they care that you enjoy your spa experience well after your purchase.
Thanks again.
Quality of the spa, price, scheduling, installation, post sale support (exchanged step color) as well as payment flexibility was outstanding. Actually could test the spa in their shop after hours! The spa is super easy to care for, exactly as they described. I would recommend Pool Patio and Spa to anyone!
The pool was my late father's he past away 2 years ago. The pool sat for 2 years. It was in bad shape. Bill came out put new walls in. It needed a lot of cement work. Bill & Ron did wonders. They worked very hard. It looked great, even before the liner was installed. After Bill put the liner in. It looked fantastic! Now when old friends ( that saw the pool before ) see it, they say it looks better than it ever did. I AGREE. A BIG THANK- YOU BILL & DONNA. I would do it all over again. Bill & his crew are very good. Give them a call you be glad you did. Thanks Again Mark
I bought a Doughboy pool from them to have it installed in ground like 2 others I know had installed. They referred me to a company that installs pools but they will not claim them as installers employed by them. That should have been my first inclination that they were not on the up and up. I called the pool installation guy and he did not have someone to dig the pool so I called a local contractor to do it. When you hire someone to install a pool you expect it to be installed as the manufacturer would warranty it. This was not the case as the installer had his own way of installing it. I expressed my concerns about the floor of the pool and how they were going to have the sand laid before installing the liner. They had their own way of doing that also. I have been told you need to tamp the sand to compact it into a hard surface. They said that the sand would harden as they watered it and it would be smooth. This resulted in the liner floor with bumps everywhere and wrinkles all over the floor. The manufacturer recommends a slurry of concrete outside the pool to keep ground pressure from building up and the pool collapsing in if the pool would ever lose water. They don't do that either. Now I am stuck with a pool that has a wrinkly and bumpy floor and I have to take a week off of work to mix this slurry and apply it to the base of my pool before backfilling it. They also don't bring their own equipment. I purchased a new indoor/outdoor vacuum and the installer went into my barn and used it on the pool without asking. I had only used it once and now it does not work as they left it out in the rain. Out another $125. I guess I should have did my due diligence about Pool, Patio, and spas before purchasing my pool. So, I am doing it for any other potential buyer. These people will sell you a pool and you are on your own. I am now out $13,000 and counting!
Donna and Bill were a pleasure to work with. Everybody on their team is so professional and courteous. Always stayed in contact for each step of our installation. So happy with our tub and covana.
