They have a good selection, and the staff are friendly, but don't expect them to get your order ready if you purchase online for in store pickup. This is the second time within 48 hours that they we're not busy, and hadn't bothered to get my order. I have a picky puppy who isn't eating, so I went to the store the first time to pick the item myself. I gave them an hour. Today I gave them 4 hours and my order wasn't ready. It's easier for me to shop online because I'm disabled and can't spend a lot of time out in stores. My puppy had to eat, so I just picked the items myself and brought them to the register. I think it's time to implement a new plan for online pickup.

The staff at this store seem to be a little bit less knowledgable than their colleagues on Jefferson Avenue. But they are very friendly and easygoing. I often take advantage of online sales for aquarium supplies and equipment and I pick them up at this store. The last two times I did this I found the items damaged or with missing parts when I got home. On both occasions, the exchange for undamaged goods was entirely hassle-free. The store will also price match without hesitation anything I find on the Pet Smart website. I have only bought three fish from them, but those have been robustly healthy for months.

The location of this store is great and the staff is friendly. The food I always buy is always on sale when I need it. I recommend this location over the Jefferson Pointe location.
