I love shopping @ Michaels , because of quality of products, wonderful ideas or projects , classes for all ages and a nice helpful staff, who will asset you. One of my top five stores to shop.

Haven't been to a craft store in a long time it was doing well business wise. Crafting is alive and well!
This store is overpriced and the aisles are so small that you can't stay in one place too long to look at something. As soon as someone else comes down the aisle you have to move. Customers come across as rude and so do employees. Lines are long... I hate saying it but you better off going to Walmart across the street.
