First time there in several years. The place is great, very impressed with the layout. A guy named Blaze introduced himself to my 16 year old son and I. Even though we informed him we were just browsing, he took the time to learn we were there for the first time in a long time. He then offered to take us on a tour of the whole facility! He engaged both my son and I in conversation and has a remarkable product knowledge of all models. Not if, but when we buy our Harley’s, it will be at Harley-Davidson of Fort Wayne and through Blaze!

Busy before Christmas. Typical Harley Dealership. Young people without a clue. Would never buy a bike from them. A guy in the parking lot was telling me hos Horror story of buying a bike from them. Even with the extended warranty they tried to charge him. He said he told them the problem and they wouldn't listen. Finally after the 4th try they fixed it only to break his ignition switch and he had to take it to another dealership to get it repaired.
