The district manager apologizes for my inconvenience.
When the employee does show up, they don't know how to fill a tank, so they fetch a co-worker.
I like going for the ammo prices. Clothes are big name brand and are can be cheaper else where.
I head into the store, and proceed to wait for 15 mins for someone at the gun counter where they fill the CO2.
The floor manager shows up. I tell her I will have some choice words for her if she's unable to fill my tank. She misinterprets this to mean that I will cuss at her. She then allows my tank to roll off the scale with a loud bang. I ask for my tank back, and she tells me she's going to get her district manager.
"Oh yeah, no problem"
Tried to have my CO2 tank filled.
The district manager shows up. I explain that the floor manager is unable to fill my tank, that I'd like my tank back, and that I did not appreciate being jerked around after being assured on the phone that they will be able to fill my tank.
If only I could leave negative stars! This place is such a joke! I’ve been in there 3 times in the last 8 days. The result is always the same...either really REALLY poor customer service or just no customer service at all. The cashier yesterday, Autumn just put the icing on the cake. Do NOT roll your eyes and approach me with an attitude because heaven forbid you have to work for 3 minutes to check me out. At this point I’ll buy online or head down to Dick’s. It’s worth the wait for shipping time or to pay the extra money. I can’t believe Dunham’s is still in business in our town.
Cue another 5 minute wait.
I then head to the front of the store, and speak with the manager. She assured me they can fill the tank, so back I walk.
I called ahead, let the employee know, "hey, it's 5lbs, you can fill it, right?"
Waited 15 minutes for someone to help me with a punching bag. Went to the front desk for help, guy called over the intercom and still no one helped. I ended up leaving with nothing. Thanks for the help.
This co-worker didn't realize they can only tare up to 100oz objects. My container weighs 15lbs, empty.
30 mins later I'm finally out of the store.
Went to store tonight to buy a gun safe and possibly an AR rifle. After walking around for 15 minutes I decided to leave. I stopped at the service desk and told the person there that I had a comment. "The customer service is poor". She smiled and nodded her head as if agreeing yet never said a word. I expected more I guess.
