Came out, fixed a minor problem for free. Educated and nice
I called them for a leaky roof. Michael from Copeland came over and was very courteous and professional. He gave me a written estimate and told me the 30 year old roof looks good but needs to be replaced soon. As for the leak he told it was minor and was repaired free of charge. Their estimate was the best out of the few others. I will be calling them in a few months to redo the roof.
Great honest company, I'm a realtor and use them all the time for inspections and repair work. We've never been taken advantage of or felt any type of "up sell" pressure to replace a roof just because it's their business. Michael Marriott is an honest straight shooter. I highly recommend!
