We dealt with Tim Greene. Saw an open house, went to it and loved it. Requested to see the house again, and then made an offer. Gave Good ol' Tim a check for $2500.Being self employed we met with a guy Tim set us up with. THAT guy wanted everything except a colonoscopy. In spite of sending Mr.Greene weekly, sometimes twice weekly updates, he claims he was ignorant to what progress we were making, and the only contact we had with him was when we found out (from another party) that an offer had been accepted on the house we thought we were buying.Would purchase a house sight unseen on Three Mile Island before I would ever do business with Mr. Greene or anyone he was associated with.Now we are having to chase him down to get our earnest money returned.
If you attempt to buy any of their listings, better hope your deal goes through, otherwise good luck getting your earnest money back; it takes forever and a day.
