Team Tamara is THE BEST. A+ service. A+ speed. A+ results. We moved to Fort Wayne from another state. She always returned our calls and texts. She was constantly ON FIRE to find us what we needed. We were on a ridiculously fast timeline and boy did she deliver! Less than 30 days from the day we met her in person we had the keys to our house. Unheard of. Every day I wake up and I love my house. Could not be happier. She worked hard to make sure we got a good deal. I cannot recommend her enough!
Very bad realtor. She cares only about her commission. We came in from another state and she didn't explain about inspections. Turns out this house was filled with mold and radon gas. I got so sick every time we stayed there. We sold it at a $70,000 loss and when I asked that the buyers sign a statement of what the real sales price was and she said no problem then on the day of the closing the buyers refused. So I only get to take a $15,000 loss on my taxes not $45,000 it really was.....and she refused to return calls only text messages and emails. Do yourself a huge favor and run the other way
I told her my father works for a bank and she mandated I get approved with "her bank" or she would not list or show me other homes.
very poor experience from an army vet.
She was going to list my house and seemed very nice; however, I found out she only does not like working with homes under $150k and mine was in the $90k range. She would not call me back nor would her associates.
