We are out-of-state property owners, and Fenix has created a nightmare for us.
Loved the house but got screwed badly she disapeired on us and our dog fot extreemly sick from the yard of the home. A new pmg took over and evicted us because we paid her money and it was never paid to ownners therefore we had gotton evicted. By a new pmg screwed us over baddlt and now having a hard time renting with no criminal records and no other prior rental issues because of fenix thanks for screwing my life up
We have been aggressively trying to contact them for over 6 months now, with no success, and no resolution.
They placed tenants who had to be evicted almost immediately, but were very slow in the eviction process, costing us thousands of dollars in lost rent, and additional money to again get apartments rentable.
Fenix Property Management (Kristi Triplett) managed our properties for over a year. We had them do many rehabs, of which we have discovered poor workmanship, forcing us to redo much of the work.
I definitely would NOT recommend Fenix as your Property Manager.

They still have everything pertaining to our properties (security deposits, tenant lease agreements, keys, monies owed to us in their trust fund, Investor Reports from Sept./14 to year-end, etc.). Our tenants also were not getting their issues taken care of.
