We worked with K McKenzie Poll. We had quite the house finding experience. We looked at over 30 houses for around 3 1/2 months. We received a counter-counteroffer that was worse than the initial counteroffer, had a faulty foundation with shady repairs, had to file for arbitration to get our earnest money back, and some other odd experiences. But we never felt too stressed because we knew McKenzie would do everything to protect and fight for us as her clients. She even gathered information and emails for us when we were having to file for arbitration. We never doubted that she had our best interests as a first priority. McKenzie is so easy to talk to and responds quickly. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor. We also loved her whole office whom were happy to give her advice and guidance for our pretty strange situations. While McKenzie was very capable of handling and navigating our road bumps on her own, it was great to know she worked in such a collaborative environment that she could ask the others in her office for advice.
