Absolutely amazing,they got me into a nice home and anything that I have asked to be repaired and been done in a timely manner!
Realized I was a prime tenant and tried to sell me on other houses.
Basically just took my money.
I was only interested in one particular home, that's why I applied for it. You should have just given me my money back and apologized for your delay.
They went ahead and ran my credit and did a background check anyway.
One of the worst places I have ever dealt with. They gave us bed bugs and made us pay to remove them, which they did not do. We had to fix that on our own, after paying for professionals who didn't do their job. Our plumbing broke in the basement, pouring waste water into our basement. They would not fix it after multiple requests to do so until we had the house condemned and they fixed it in a hurry. Impossible to work with. Absolutely the worst. The house looked good when we moved in, but it was in dire need of attention they were unwilling to give.
If you could avoid using this real estate company, I would highly suggest it. After searching for months, my other half and I finally found a place that was halfway decent and close to work. We told Eisaman up front that we are paid biweekly, and therefore our paychecks would not always arrive at the beginning of the month. They agreed to work around that with us and assured us that we would be able to pay rent no later than the 14th of each month. Come to find out about halfway through our rental agreement, our representative got sent to jail for embezzling money from the company. Needless to say, once she was out of the picture, late fees and eviction notices started popping up. We've always been good to pay rent, just not always on the first of the month. As if that's not enough, their maintenance is damn near non existent. We gave the company a list of items that needed fixed before we moved in. Luckily, we took pictures and documented everything because things like blackened electrical outlets, holes in the wall where they ran cables through, holes in the screen door, no smoke detector, no fire extinguisher, leaking sink, etc. apparently are not important matters to address. They did finally repair the hole in the side of our place where mice and birds were getting into. We were also told that we would be reimbursed for any maintenance or increase in property value. Among everything we have done from replacing special light bulbs to laying down mulch in the yard, we have seen no gratitude. Not to mention all of the solar lights that we put up in our yard have been smashed and ran over by their hired lawn crew with no reimbursement or so much as an, "I'm sorry". We were simply told to keep them out of the lawn crews way. Did I fail to mention that the said lawn crew has gotten way to close to my beloved truck and sprayed it with dirt and mud, to which they put a note on my windshield with $5? When they told Eisaman about it, I was told to move my truck when the lawn crew comes. To add to the absolute terrible experience we have had with them, our neighbors have gone through our mailbox in search of "their mail", and another set of neighbors has requested we park single file in our own driveway so that they may use it. Eisaman did nothing to resolve either issue, so we took it upon ourselves to alert the police, the post office, and put up a barrier between driveways. I cannot believe how impersonal and unprofessional this company has been. I am absolutely disgusted and cannot wait until we no longer have to deal with them.
Applied for a rental, took about a week to respond, was then told the house was no longer available as of two days prior to being called.
They are taking care of a house on meridian street.you guys are a joke and please tell your cleaners to use there own trash cans and please take care of the rental and who you rent too better. Please. Stop acting like your good at what you do when your clearing not. I am sorry I am not trying to be rude just honest and we have video. Thank you.
