1 year update from my original 1 star review. There have been some important updates done such as speed bumps and entrance/street side landscaping done... but still not a nice place. How bad seems to depend in the street. For every person or family who takes good care of their lot, there are too many lots with junk cars, abandoned cars, trash all over and even broken windows.
I live in Ridgebrook. It is very affordable, my neighbors are great. There is one across the street and a couple homes down that come the weekend and they are partying, Hispanic music blasting and yelling, which sucks because a lot of people work on the weekend. The only other problem I have are the stray cats,.omg, there are literally 20 stray cats that live our here and the man on the corner at the end of my street is the one that is feeding them so they never leave! And can we say fleas, fleas, fleas...so if you have pets make sure they get their flea pill in a regular basis because if not.... You will have fleas in your home! Those are my only complaints. I've people are awesome. I've never had a problem that required help from maintenance but I'm sure I would be fine my son-in-law works for them!
Lots of missing yard lights(making for a security issue..yard lights are the park's responsibility) and an overall obvious lack of caring about the property. The rent goes up, but the service does not improve.
Rent keeps going up. There also seems to be different (more leniant rules) for renters. This place was nice when I moved in now it's going downhill. Would not recommend for long trem living.
Large mobile home park with rental or purchase options a large pool and Clubhouse a kids park easy to locate and close to shopping and gas station.
Overall this park has improved a bit since my last review to the point I won't call it a ghetto - but it still needs a lot of work to get more than 1 star. I would really question the 5 star reviews here as being authentic.
I'm sorry but this trailer park is a joke. They kicked me out because I supposedly almost burned someone's trailer up on 4th of July. I'm sorry but I didn't there's Meth heads chomos crack heads spice heads that live in there... Yall wanna call me bad well excuse me but how can you excuse someone of doing something if they never did. Makes no sense maybe you should have taken all the dumb asses out of there before threating me and kicking me out. People are trashy, people with loud music on all the time nice speed bumps btw lol people still speed if your going to have them also put them in valley hills member there's kids that play everywhere in there. Also to be honest thanks for kicking me out actually nobody wants to live in there and if you decide to live there then sorry to be you because its not gotten any better...!! You will make the wrong mistake and the pool during the summer is horrible theres always leaves in it and who knows what else now and the tree line yall have by the park looks stupid what are you trying to compete with lol just dumb. Also maybe yall need to redo the park and put things up and start fresh everyone at the office about it complained about it when i lived there oh people are writting cuss words this and that get it together people haha but they never will what a crappy place its horrible i give it one star because yall cant keep your trailer park clean and healthy i reccomened not moving in
