There's a good amount of trails to walk through that aren't too long. There's tons of benches along the trails to sit at and a covered common area in the beginning of the trails to relax or have a picnic. The pond in the back is probably the best thing about it. Also I went on a gorgeous saturday afternoon and only ran into about 3 groups of people so that's good. The only negatives that I have is that they don't allow mans best friend and the trails are kinda boring. If you like a nice comfortable walk through the woods it's perfect but I'm more of a "watch your step or you might twist your ankle" kinda trail person.
This park is a gem. Love that they are adding obstacles to the path. Only thing that I don't like is that it doesn't welcome dogs.
Nice short trail hike. LOTS of mosquitos.
Nice free park with well marked trails. The Trail of Reflection has elevated boardwalk most of the way to the Pond Overlook. This is a very peaceful area with several benches. Great for bird watching. There were 1000s of small reddish fish in the water the day I was here. Similar to goldfish.
Very nice. The trails are primitive since this is a nature preserve. Nice place to feel like your not in the city. Hours are "dawn to dusk". Sign says no pets or bikes.
