I've been apart of their housing program since august 2017. Since September I was told false information about utility assistance. They tell you anything over the phone. The case manager Sicily says that's she too busy and it's out of her job description to assist with the particular program for utility assistance. Yet she is the only one who has verbally and physically so called hands over the personal information. This lady and the front desk receptionist by far have poor communication and rude behavior towards clients with doing their jobs.
