They act like heartless drones, I pay $50 a month for one person, i never use the minimum amount of water billed monthly I never drink tap water, it's poisoned with all the clormide, chlorine, fluoride and approximately 50 other chemicals that could be filtered or distilled out. When I asked for all these extra charges were for she couldn't be bothered to answer and the reply was this is what everyone pays if you want water this is what it cost this is what happens when you have a monopoly, a single source for a necessary item these people are arrogant asses

Come on Fort Wayne Utilities, crappy customer service, very rude, they never finish the jobs in the neighborhoods 100% and leave t he homeowner and neighbors to finish up jobs that they paid the city to do. Looks like they are just taking the lead for our conniving, dirty, POS mayor!!!!!!!!!!
Freaking lady started raising her voice and hang up on me after I asked about a bill. They are paying her to do her job. She is not taking money out of her pocket to pay my bills.

Called a week before we moved, gave them April 1st as the date of end of service. Left forwarding address for final bill (even though we had a credit) and instructed them to not turn off service before April 1st (that was day of closing). They shut the water off on November 30th. Caused issues with the closing of my home and were of little help. Waited over half an hour just to talk to someone on the phone. Then they charged me $20.00 to turn the water back on. I didn't make the mistake, they did and I have to pay. I am so happy we are moving out of the area.
