I had a pretty good experience here as far as BMV's go. The staff cared and were trying to be as quick and helpful as possible.
Just wanted to say these people are killing it. I came in about 10 minutes ago at 30th place in line, I'm now under 10th, and this awesome employee is going around to everyone waiting and making sure they all have every bit of info they needed to bring in to complete their visit without a hitch.
Great place. Makes everything easier than it seems. All the staff are very nice and they try to make everything work great.
Service was terrible, we've been waiting for an hour and half to get a driver's permit. They inserted the wrong information so we have to wait even longer.
I had to renew my plate tags this weekend & was not aware the branches would be closed today. I wasnt able to actually to go inside but I have to say I LOVED the self use kiosk in the entry way! So much easier, in and out in less than 5 min. Wish every BMV had these available!
