DO NOT GO TO ZALES! I had my ring resized and less than a month later, a diamond fell out. We took it in and they said they would repair it, make us a brand new ring, and we would get both sets. This sounded too good to be true so we asked multiple times of we got to keep both sets and they said yes. 3 weeks go by and they tell us the rings are still not in. On the day of return printed on the receipt I went into the store and they said the rings would not be in for another week. They said they called to tell us that but they never did. By now, almost 2 months have gone by. 5 days later the new ring came in and I picked it up. All was fine. One week later we got a call that the original and repaired ring was in. When we got there, they told us that we did not get to keep both sets. They wasted their time and money to fix the ring and our time calling multiple times and going to the store multiple times.
I have to get my ring inspected every six months here. I wish they would get a new toothbrush to clean the rings, because the one they use looks like it's been there since the creation of time. Also, some of the jewelry displays are kinda dank, and need repairs/updating. Overall the staff is efficient.
Have had nothing but good experiences there, have bought various jewelry, including my wife's engagement ring and have had no problems getting it cleaned and inspected, if a diamond is loose or missing they fix it for free since I purchased a lifetime warranty, some of these other reviews are ridiculous and sound like they come from spoiled children
There are some great employees here but there are also some horrible ones. I came in today wanting to buy my wife a wedding band. I stood at the counter waiting for two girls to help me for 20 minutes, but instead they just sat on their phones and were all over each other. Then finally a nice gentleman came and helped me the second he walked in from his break and then another woman joined him. They continuously apologized and did everything they could to help me find a perfect band but I was just utterly disgusted at these two woman to even focus on buying anything. Also my wife has called multiple times for a ring that she needed repaired and the assistant manager was extremely rude over the phone. I have never had such horrible customer service in my life. What a joke.
They have lost my ring twice and when I tried to find out where it was they were very disrespectful towards me
