Nathan was our salesman and he was super friendly and promised my fiance and I that her ring would be soldered for free. We came back 2 months later and they want to charge us $170 to have the ring soldered. I called the manager and she didnt seem to care about my complaint one bit and finally she offered to solder the ring for $85. I called Fred Meyer jewelers and not only are they doing the job for $35 but they are also have a much quicker turn around time and the staff actually seems to care about their customers. My advice, dont ever spend a single penny at rogers and hollands. I know ill never go back and ill continue to spread the word about their poor customer service.
I can not press this enough do not buy from this establishment. They only care about boosting sales and nothing more. I was hassled into buying my fiancé’s ring by Gina Anatawi. She actually asked my fiancé to leave the store the day we stopped in to look it was only the third place we had gone and my fiancé urged me to look other places. I was told I was getting a deal and that it would only last that day so I purchased the ring. It was everything my fiancé didn’t want so we had to return in. Once returned and after already paying way more than we wanted Gina again tried to get more money out of us. We finally found a ring she liked and had to special order it we were told it would take 4-6 weeks max being a “special order” it’s now been 3 months and we have no ring I’ve paid three times what we originally wanted and their attitudes and customer service have been terrible. Both my fiancé and I called corporate and received no response. This company cares nothing about its customers and their happiness all they want is money. I suggest not wasting time or money on them go to a small local place you’ll be saving yourself a lot of heart ache.
The first engagement ring I received from them was everything I clearly expressed I did not want. My fiancé was forced into buying it and was told the sale wouldn’t last if he did not act that day. When we returned and reorder my second ring we were hassled into buying a more expensive ring when I explained I would not pay more and wanted an even exchange we were treated poorly. My second ring was ordered and we were told it would take 4-6 weeks max for the order to come in 8 weeks later and several phone calls we were finally informed my ring was still on back order and would be another couple of weeks. It’s almost thanksgiving and I will not have my engagement ring for the holidays I’m very upset and disappointed. Will not buy from them again
Great quality and the warranty is definitely worth purchasing.
