Wow.. My partner needed a place to go before rehab so we stopped here to visit. The receptionist said everyone was too busy to gie us a tour. From what we seen and heard from current patient's families made this place a negative! I'll never forget what a lady told me "Never put your loved on here, they will just rot". From the online licensing state audits this place is understaffed and in need of change.

Well it started off the staff was nice but as I began to have family sit there with my husband, it became a different story. I had a few complaints, one nurse smelled of alcohol, my husbands oxygen sensor came off his ear no one ever came in the room to check on him, my husband also had a fall which I was not informed of until I came to see him which was 4 hours after the fall. I would not suggest anyone to take their loved one here unless you really don't care about them and when I reported my concerns to the director she told me the caseworker Heather would get back to me and she did by telling me they are discharging my husband so your complaints fall on deaf ears they just get rid of you rather than address your concerns. We must remember the law of reciprocity which allows us to receive as a result of what we give or do. You are just a trip an fall or an accident away from someone having to take care of you and let us not forget, You will reap what you sowed

My mother was here a month, staff was friendly and caring, doctor was available to consult..got her off the ventilator, breathing on her own, which I didn't think was possible..my family is very pleased with Vibra..would highly recommend..

Horrible horrible place! My mother, who is inpatient for a pressure ulcer, has been ignored, treated like a child and GIVEN MEDICATION THAT WAS NOT ORDERED FOR HER. Ativan to be exact. Accident or not what if it had been fatal?! Night shift nurses refused to give meds and names when asked for them. Her catheter bag was not emptied and ultimately ended up all over the floor. Instead of owning up to the mistake night shift attempted to blame it on first shift. As other reviewers have mentioned it’s like they stick you in a room and forget all about you. Would not recommend putting your dead goldfish in here!!!

Loved the Dr in charge and most of the respiratory staff other than that nothing. Had our call light turned off without anyone coming to see what we needed. Almost everyday came in almost everyday to my dad a mess and you could tell he had laid there awhile like that. If you have another option take it. He luckily was able to get off the vent and go to a rehab facility.
