I do not normally post reviews but due to the other review I feel I must. I currently have Dr. Brown. She and this office have far exceded my expectations. They have been informative and diligent in my care... taking in any concerns and questions always making sure I am comfortable with my medical options.. I would recommend to anyone and have. Repeatedly.
Bottom line is this: if your insurance only allows you to receive treatment from this group, find different insurance.
Do your due diligence before selecting a healthcare provider, and if possible, avoid this one. This group takes the "there's always someone worse than you" approach to care. While I'm sure this is a valid argument, I'm paying you to be concerned with my problems, not someone else's. You will not be encouraged to discuss treatment options; after all, you're not qualified to make decisions. You will receive what you are given; this will be your option. You will be subjected to ideological purity tests; hopefully you'll answer them correctly. "Why are you here?" will be a common theme, and "for treatment" will not be an acceptable answer. And when you feel as though your needs and concerns are not being met, do NOT voice these opinions if you wish to continue your treatment. They will find a reason to drop you as a patient.
