Good pizza. Pretzels not so much. Too doughy. Have been 3 times looking for Bun candy bars they carry, but have not gotten in recently. Today had to wait 40 minutes for rotisserie chickens to be available. First time we have had to wait for them, as were 3 other families. They should have been more prepared on a Friday night for increased sales or whatever reason there were none available. Recently availability of items has decreased for some reason. Staffing issue? No clue why but makes us less satisfied with our membership. Move to Costco? One option we are considering. Hoping for improvement soon.
My experience at the Fort Wayne club has been bad. Customer service your on your own. My last visit an item was marked on sale it didn't ring up on sale. I was required to go get the info as I was walking to take a picture of the sale item I saw an associate come from the other direction and take the sale tag down and walk away I turned went back to the front and told them what had just happened. It was only a few bucks but the point was I was doing Sam's customer service and was decieved while doing their job. I had the item taken off my bill and will be moving my membership to Costco at renewal.
I have been a loyal customer since 2002 but when as a customer I not valued it's time to move on.
What a wonderful surprise at every turn everyone was friendly and willing to help. In line when they noticed it was backing up they opened up more lanes to get people on our way. This was my second time there and it was a pleasant experience as the first time
Club pick up is a joke. Received the email that it was ready for pick up. Great. Got there checked in and hit the pick up now option. Waited by the club pick up register and waited. Then some one else came up and didn't check in then went to customer service and they paged someone to help them. So I had to wait for them before I got help. It would of been quicker if I got the items myself. Maybe I will try Costco when my membership is up.
I am happy I am a member of Sam's Club. This location really does the brand justice. The store is always very clean and easy to navigate. The staff are very professional and helpful. I will continue coming here for my groceries for a long time.
