Mr Landrum wanted something done basically for free because he thought he was told that on the phone.
Never had anything repaired, sent to them and negotiated a price and then verbally was given an additional discount only for them to forget they told me that when the estimate to repair came.
We had a foreign built CNC saw that had a processor fail. The machine builder gave us one option: purchase a new processor for $20,000+ dollars. ENI had us send the board to them and within three days we had it repaired and back in the machine for less than $800. Couldn't be happier with the customer service or work that was done; very professional and prompt.
