Terrible experience.. I got my wisdom teeth removed with the drugs they gave me I was near knocked out but not quite.. the entire time I could feel then jerking my head back and forth and trying to stick there hands in my mouth to pull my teeth out. It was an extremely painful experience. When I was drugged they threw my head around and made it a horribly painful! I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE FOR ANY REASON!!!!!
As far as doing what they were supposed to do (taking out my wisdom teeth), they did their job. However, the on-duty dental hygienists were very unprofessional in their demeanor, and I was shocked by the conversations that were had around and in front of me. Several of them were discussing coworker problems from across several different rooms. At one point one of them must have gestured to me in the seat, and the hygienist attending to me said "I just gave her the shot. She won't remember any of this when she wakes up." I remember. Hopefully they have learned to separate on-duty and off-duty conversations, because a scared teenager about to undergo surgery should not have to listen to workplace problems.
So nice and sweet. Very caring. I had been in pain for three days and I needed my wisdom tooth taken out right away and they were able to get in me in. I was in and out of there within 30 mins. Dr. Butler works fast and accurately. Very nice, friendly and personable. Will continue to go back (only when needed though of course). Thank you so much!
So my advice is to go somewhere else. . . please, do yourself a favor. . .
The doctors and nurses are wonderful !!! The nurses were so kind to my nervous daughter. Dr Butler was great to her and Dr Stronczek was so kind and came in on Sunday to help her with her dry sockets. So very caring and compassionate. Great group!
The medical care was fine; however, the experience both in the exam room and after the fact when dealing with the billing department was horrible. I have two special needs children, so I deal with medical professionals ALL THE TIME, and this billing department is by far the worst I have every handled. First of all, it was coded incorrectly (according to my insurance company) and then while I was going through the appeal process with the insurance company to get it paid, they sent me to collections. I had been communicating with them the entire time, and explained why insurance hadn't paid and what was happening, and yet, they still sent me to collections. As mentioned, I have two special needs children, and have NEVER had to make payments to a collection agency.
