First real experience with orthodontics. Single dad on a budget,no insurance, out of pocket. Very friendly and professional staff, very clean and hospitable environment. Affordable payments and absolutely fantastic results. Both my child and myself are beyond satisfied. Highly recommend.

The best local business in Fort Wayne! The doctors are kind, patient, and happy to explain everything to you. The front desk and tech staff are some of the friendliest ladies you'll meet - even at Monday morning at 7am! I can't recommend this place enough!

Our son just had braces put on in Nov and we’ve been nothing but pleased with the entire process so far. The entire staff goes above and beyond in customer service. They are truly genuine in their care and very personable. And as a busy family, we love that they tell you how long each apt will be so we can plan accordingly. We had an initial consultation with another orthodontist closer to our home in Auburn, but the staff did not make us feel welcome and that’s why we also did a consultation at Johnson and Cohen at the recommendation of a family member. From the onset, it was obvious Johnson and Cohen and staff wanted to make sure our needs were met. Beyond impressed with the progress of our son’s care and highly recommend them! If customer experience is important to you, this office is top notch!
