Dr Zent and Dr Fisher no longer work there. Retired. I went to Dr Packer and he is great. Great communication with me during the root canal and virtually no pain. Getting a root canal sucks but they make it as hassle free as possible. I don't know what the other reviewer is complaining about. I was told about the "taking out money every month for credit card" option and I heard it twice said to others while I was in the waiting room. Great service! Thanks!
Dr. Fischer was a great dentist. I have been to him twice and I wouldn't go to anyone else. From what I hear, the other dentists are equally fabulous. My root canal was virtually painless ! With this said, my only critique was of the business office who charge ridiculous monthly "finance charges" for extending 60 days. If you have ever had a root canal, they run about $1200 ! The office personnel never explained to me that by providing my credit card number with them to take out the agreed monthly payment would eliminate the finance charge. I can't imagine how clients are treated who have bad insurance or no insurance. I wish I could give a separate score for both dentist and office personnel because the top rating doesn't reflect a realistic score.
Dr. Platt was BRILLIANT. Highly recommend him to everyone. Look, we all know it sucks when you have a tooth problem and it's going to be expensive everywhere, so you might as well get the best treatment that will last long and be worth it. Don't cut corners on your teeth.
