I've sent two kids here over the last 4 years and I plan to send my third. Genuine teachers and an excellent program thanks to the well qualified and caring director.
Not overly impressed by the staff at the school. My son hit his head during his first week there and the staff tried to cover it up by not contacting me or the site director. When I went to pick him up from school that day, he had a three in bruise across his forehead and was running a fever. The staff failed to contact me or his emergency contacts on his registration. I wound up taking him to urgent care and he was diagnosed with an concussion. When I spoke to the assistant director the following day, she was apologetic and made all kinds of excuses and she failed to fill out the paperwork and communicate with the director. After I ranted and raved, she was disciplined. They were supposed to reimburse me for the day of work I missed and cover the week that my child missed as well...I have yet to see a check or a letter in regards to this issue. I am removing my child from their care as soon as I am able to.
