Buyer beware. I would give zero stars if I could. We will be taking our business elsewhere from now on. We were looking to get the windows tinted on a newly purchased 2015 Buick. The assistant manager was very high pressure. Ultimately decided to go with the smoke tint on all windows. We went back to the store at the time they gave us and we had to wait over half an hour. The assistant manager came out to talk with us and started telling us about how he had broken up with his girlfriend recently. Unprofessional. The tint looked "ok" when we left, assuming the bubbles left would go away over the recommended 2 week period. It has been 2.5 months and there are bubbles everywhere. When we took it back in, we had to wait for the mysterious manager to be available even though there were NO OTHER CUSTOMERS in the store. They told us the tint would never be perfect, which is understandable. But this is beyond bad. There are probably over 50 bubbles in each window. You can see them from the outside of the car. They gave us every excuse in the book for why they shouldn't have to fix it. The manager said they would fix 1 window but told us it might look worse than it did to begin with! Supposedly the tint has a lifetime warranty on parts and labor but if you ask for the warranty paperwork, they basically talk you in circles and can't produce anything with the information on what is covered. My guess is even if you had a claim covered under warranty, they wouldn't fix anything.
Dianne, Douglas, and all the Ziebart staff consistently take great care of our family's 2 vehicles. I typically wait in the Customer Lounge, so that I can redeem the time and get work done using their charging station, USB plug-ins, and water cooler. (What great amenities!) When Ziebart finishes their service, the vehicle always looks spotless and dazzling. The reasonable sale prices for their annual service are worthwhile investments to help extend the life of our vehicles - as we hope to keep using them a long time for our family.
Dianne was great. My drivers and passenger windows were tinted perfect. No bubbles ever formed while tint cured. Only question: Tag on my keys "GMC Sienna" I have a GMC Terrain. Many won't get it, but great work Ziebart.
They did a great job on my car make check for rust they did the diamond gloss they also clean the engine and detail the interior excellent job
High pressure sales. Have always had to wait even though no one else is in the store. Bubbles in all the windows, including a line of bubbles across one of the rear windows. When I took it back they tried to explain how they can't be perfect and even if they took it off and did it again it might not be right. If you can't do it right, tell people before they buy. Or just save everyone a headache and close shop. Won't go back.
