I’ve been here twice and each time was amazing! The food and the way they bring it to you is both fun and delicious! I don’t know that I’ve ever met a place with staff quite as friendly or as helpful at the ones at Tucanos. Love it!
The only reason I am giving this one star is because the meat servers were great. We started getting meat before the waitress made it to the table. When she came I said it was my grandsons birthday. She asked if I had some sort of coupon. I told her I did not, i was from out of state. She asked if I had their app. Again I said I did not. She told me that since I didn't have the app loaded before I came in I couldn't use the app coupon. She was quite rude in her comments. She finally said she could have some people sing Happy Birthday to my grandson. I said that would be fine. (That's really all I wanted) She brought our drinks. Later she came back and my grandson asked for another drink. It took 10 minutes or longer for her to bring it; my coffee cup was empty when he asked for a drink but she left so quickly I didn't get a chance to ask for more so I asked when she came back. She stated she would get it and would have some folks come sing Happy Birthday. Nobody ever came to sing or bring coffee. When she finally came back I told her to forget the singers and just bring the check. 30 minutes later a gentleman came to our table (we had our coats on waiting to leave) He asked if we needed anything and I told him we had been waiting on our check. He brought it to us and I told him about the poor service. He asked us to wait for a manager but I told him we had waited long enough and we left. Too bad the waitress was so rude and slow because this ruined my grandsons birthday. And this is his favorite place to eat. It was my first and last visit.
First time going this evening and it was amazing! The food was absolutely delicious, the service outstanding and the environment was fun! So many choices! I can't wait to go again!!! Loved it!
I just want an apartment in here. The service is great and the food is amazing. I will definitely be coming back here and introducing freinds and family here.
Been here twice. Food is very good, but not as much variety as some other Brazilian places. We had a large party(20) and the staff were fairly slow on getting drinks one time, but had a very positive experience another.
