If they could have done something about the fly, that would have been great. Food was tasty and the waitress was attentive. I know the fly isn't their fault, but it was distracting.
Has been pretty consistent. Would be 2 Stars, but giving 3 because it is of no fault of the server or the manager. Food is very good. The restaurant is clean and has an inviting atmosphere. The restrooms were clean. The manager and server did a very good job at fixing what was wrong with our order. I think the issue came from the kitchen. Had to send food back twice because of a food allergy (which they did prepare it correctly, but was first the wrong steak cut, and then was undercooked).
Waited an hour and 20 minutes to be seated, when we were originally told a "short wait." Can understand waiting because we were a party of 7, but we saw multiple parties of 5 or 6 get sat in the same area around the same time. So if the person organizing the seating would have just planned our party in, we could have been sat in a timely fashion. The food was great, but won't be back to this location due to terrible service and hosting.
Overall great experience! Server was friendly and attentive, food was very good except for a couple of things. Fiancee's lobster tail was pretty small for what it costs, and my salad was a little dry, I should have asked for a little more dressing on it. Nothing bad enough to ruin my satisfaction. I'll be back.
Nicholas is a terrific waiter! We will request him, when we return.. The entire staff, was pleasant & did a wonderful job! We spoke with Allison, The manager, to let her know how much we were impressed & that our server should get kudo's ! The food is always good here, especially the new crab cakes!
