Instead, they suggested I walk to a bowling alley. Then the Fort Wayne police officer stationed in the bank said that wouldn't work because the bowling alley wouldn't open until 4pm. He then suggested that I walk to the nearest gas station 3/4 mile away, along a highway without sidewalks.
The tellers are friendly. They are quick and efficient. They are willing to help with no attitudes.
If you can help it do not go here, dishonest people, you do what they ask you to do and hold up your end of the bargain just for them to give you the run around
On Thursday, January 12th at approximately 9:00am, our Penske truck broke down directly across the street from this bank. We were going to be stranded on the truck for an hour and a half during a heavy rainstorm waiting for Penske to help us. I'm also 6 1/2 months pregnant, and needed to use the restroom. This bank would not allow me to use their restroom, even in this emergency situation.
In the end, I had to sit on the truck and just wait. There was a perfectly good restroom in this bank, but I wasn't allowed to use it. This bank, plus the police officer inside, instead suggested that a 6 1/2 month pregnant woman walk 3/4 of a mile down a highway without sidewalks in the pouring down rain.
