Confusion with payments and does offer skip a payment program, but can be done only once per year, yet I got approved for another one in the same year and after being approved, received a phone call saying that I could no longer be offered an extra skip a payment, which causes a major issue in my personal financial situation.
I have been a member here for over twenty three years and they have been great to me. I have always gotten my car loans, house loans, etc,. I hope that my children also continue to utilize their services as theey have the same needs. They treat their members like family.

They stopped use of my account for no reason. I requested the account to be closed. They said they can not close the account for another 6 months and kept my money that was in the account. After legal disputes were filed they sent me a check for partial payment. I went to their institution to cash the check they gave me and they told me the check they gave me drawn off their bank was no good. This place is BAD BAD BAD> save yourself the troubles do not go there.
