Worst customer service I've ever recieved in my life. If I could give 0 stars I would. I filed my taxes in February and still have not received my return. When receiving paperwork from the irs, I was told by tax matters to disregard and wait 6 weeks for return to just show up in my account. After 6 weeks of no update I called back but was told "he was busy and that's why my call was not returned" its now been an additional 3 months and the company has not reached out to find out the status. Instead my return has been lost and is trying to be found and ive been tasked with taking care of everything myself. I will NEVER return here or refer them to any of my friends and family.

I think I worked with the owner and it was an amazing experience. I'm a car sales man and he knew exactly what to do and it was so affordable quick and painless. Did i say AFFORDABLE? Would recommend A++++ amazing

Marc Jernigan is my CPA and a FANTASTIC one. I approached Marc at the suggestion of a friend, knowing very little about taxes and the financial details of my business. He explains things perfectly and always makes me feel fantastic about my business. Also not sure how he does this, but I always leave having had a great time! It is an awesome thing to feel like I am being well-taken care of and can leave my financial matters in his hands. Highly recommend this business!!
